Digital Echo Ltd is the UK's leading supply chain bureau service for 3D Printed wax patterns used in Investment Casting, and has the largest production capacity for High Definition waxes in Europe.

Utilising the very latest in Large Format Ultra High Resolution 3D Printing technology Digital Echo facilitates low volume tool-less manufacture and prototyping to production specifications.

Founded in 2000 Digital Echo quickly established an excellent reputation for providing high quality 3D Printed Wax Patterns to the Investment Casting and Jewelry industry direct from 3D CAD using ProJet and ThermoJet wax printing. Unlike resin based 3D printed patterns - where there can be ash residue creating quality issues - the wax polymer melts cleanly away.

 

We are able to provide patterns within very tight time frames and offer project management to customers who require low volume metal castings.

Casting Agents

As well as producing 3D Printed Wax Patterns for Investment Casting, through our client base of UK foundries, we are able to offer Casting Agent services, should you require a One-Stop facility, for low volume production & prototypes through to tooling and high volume production.

 

We have established a close working relationship with foundries that provide an extensive range of metal grades in Aluminium, Brass Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys, plus ISO 9001 Quality Management, TS16949 Automotive Management and Fit 4 Nuclear accreditation.
